Everyone uses Caveris through the Platform, the app they sign in to. It has two parts. The Method: lessons, practice, and Reflections on real conversations. The Workspace: clients, pipeline, goals, activity, points and the leaderboard, with coaching, classes and reports for the people who guide them. Your plan decides which parts your people use, and how many Reflections each person gets. Practice is free on every plan.

Both parts of the Platform. The three plans differ only in Reflections. A plan is priced by how many active professionals you have, in steps, not per person. A one-time $99 setup fee applies to a monthly plan; there is none on an annual plan. Ask for prices.
◆For an organization: the Method only
For an organization that wants the Method without the Workspace. You name the professionals who take part, and each receives 10 or 25 Reflections a month, with the lessons that open from them and practice on what they learn. It works with or without a coach: where a coach is assigned, the coach sees their Reflections. It is priced per named person, with no setup fee. Ask for prices.

◆For every plan
Pay for a year, get two months free. A year costs the same as 10 months.
Change your plan at any time. An upgrade starts at once, and you pay only for the rest of the month. A downgrade starts at your next renewal.
More Reflections for one professional. A professional in an organization can add their own: 10 more a month for $19, or 25 more for $29. Who sees that work is their choice.
If a payment fails. Stripe sends you an email, and we get in touch too. If the payment cannot be completed, your organization becomes read-only for 30 days: everyone can still sign in, read their work and download it, and practice and the Method lessons stay open. Nothing is lost during that time.
Your data leaves with you. Your Main admin can download the organization’s full records at any time.
